Our partnership with Swinerton Builders proved successful over the first phase of the project and the Stillaguamish Tribe elected to maintain the partnership for the next phase of construction. Continuing with Swinerton and Cunningham Group Architects, our second phase of construction is a 127,627 square foot mixed use development for gaming, restaurants, entertainment block, and existing casino remodel. Our scope includes site utility work, lighting with controls, UPS system, and generators. Our previous work with Swinerton on the Cowlitz Casino in La Center, WA speaks to a continuing prosperous relationship with Swinerton on construction projects in the gaming industry.
