Installation of new owner furnished medium voltage switchgear in 2 shipping splits switching over redundant systems one at time to maintain plant operations and generation. Replacement of 15 medium voltage PCB filled supply transformers (the last PCB oil filled transformers in the entire PGE system) with OFCI new xmers.
