This project is a tenant improvement of an existing 52,351 square foot warehouse/office space to a new hardware engineering and testing lab.  The project consisted of two new 4000A services, assorted electrical equipment, busway installation, fire alarm and branch wiring to support hardware testing equipment, HVAC equipment, and server racks.
