Design/build of a new courthouse in Oregon City. Building consists of 6 above-ground levels and 1 basement with 15 courtrooms, holding cells, administrative spaces, and jury assembly spaces. OEG’s scope, under the terms of a P3 (Public Private Partnership) agreement, is to install all electrical systems, telecom systems, audio visual systems, and security pathways.
