This 150,000 square foot drone manufacturing and testing facility is located in Bingin, WA. The tilt-up included 3 connected buildings—one housing inventory and shipping, one for assembly, and the last reserved for testing of the drones. The three facilities are tied together with 180,000 square feet of Cat6 cable. OEG performed design-build services as well as installed all electrical including low voltage, fiber, security, access controls, and fire alarm. This project required extensive security clearances which we worked with the Department of Defense to obtain and enforce. The project received LEED^® Silver certification.
