Located on a full city block in Portland’s Pearl District, the 26-story, 405,858 square foot LEED® Silver mixed-use tower includes 284 luxury apartment units. The tower is uniquely “turned” 45 degrees off the city grid, allowing tenants views of the city not available in most residential towers. The post-tensioned concrete tower includes two levels of underground parking with 228 parking stalls. The ground floor podium aligns with the city grid and includes retail and building amenities. Includes lighting design, including layout drawings, photometric, etc. for the purpose of LEED® requirements, close coordination with the design team. The project is design-build.
