Renovation of approximately 33,000 square foot warehouse and an office area for use as a Ballet School. The design-build renovation includes interior tenant improvements, as well as exterior envelope upgrades, and limited site improvements. The project also included the demolition of the existing PNWB space to make way for Sound Transit Light Rail Projects. The space consists of 7 studios, some small administrative offices, play areas, a café as well as student and staff lounges. There will be one studio that will be used primarily for productions. The project includes electrical as well as low voltage, fire alarm, and AV raceways and utilizes decorative style fixtures throughout the space.
