All areas of this project were designed to optimize vision and daylighting through interior maintenance spaces and exterior bus storage to maximize safety for supervisors, mechanics, and operators. A large, partially covered exterior patio encourages employee gatherings and includes a green roof, planters, and a built-in grill.

OEG scope included electrical demolition of the existing bus maintenance facility, providing temporary construction power, furnishing and installation of the backup generator as well as all electrical gear, lighting, conduit, and wire for the new facility, and installation of medium voltage electrical infrastructure for charging electric buses.
