The new building replaced an 18,000 square foot facility built in 1911. OEG did the design build services for the new facility which serves the surrounding community with flexible rental space, and meets all building codes for Americans with Disabilities Act requirements and seismic requirements. The building met Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver and State Energy Efficient Design (SEED) requirements.
