The Kaiser Permanente Medical Center and Offices, located in Fremont California, offers a wide range of medical services including emergency department, pharmacy, cardiology, dermatology, and optometry along with several administration and business offices across multiple buildings on campus. This project is approximately 13,200 square feet of tenant improvement space on levels two and three of an existing three-story Niles West medical office building. Once completed, the building will host a new pharmacy, multiple infusion areas, nurse stations, reception areas, restrooms, and exam rooms. This project includes the demolition and new tenant construction of selected areas for electrical, life safety, access control, nurse call, and public address systems.
