About This Project

The project provides tenant improvements to the 17,000 square foot fourth floor in the historic Wells Fargo and Motor Bank buildings. The use of the space is for technological offices, meeting rooms, and café. LED lighting and digital control systems were installed with a new code-compliant fire alarm system.
