The Windward is a mixed-use, multifamily development in downtown Lake Oswego. The building consists of 175,500 square feet of below-grade parking, 37,000 square feet of shell and core, and 251,500 square feet of residential and amenity space. There are three post-tensioned, concrete-framed buildings that rise above street level, and two sub-grade parking levels. Building A and C consist of ground-floor retail and office shell and core below three floors of residential space. The Building B program consists of residential and amenity spaces. The project is targeting LEED® for Homes, Multifamily Mid-rise Platinum.
