OEG completed this nine-floor tenant improvement for Portland’s largest law firm, Stoel Rives. The 121,000 square foot first-generation build-out is located in the new Park Avenue West Building in Downtown Portland. The new office includes a two-floor conference center, five attorney floors, and two administrative floors. Additionally, numerous collaborative spaces are available for meetings and brainstorming sessions between attorneys. With multiple outdoor terraces, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, and an expansive two-story atrium, the office boasts some of the most unique vantage points in the city. Sustainable goals include LEED for Commercial Interiors and Green Globes certification.
